…the best and worst service in Telford is…?
This is your chance to tell Telford LINk what you think about any local health and social care services that are publicly funded. We want to find out which services have exceeded your expectations – and which have failed to meet them.
You can comment on hospitals, clinics, doctors surgeries, chemists, chiropodists and dentists… and also adult social care services provided by or on behalf of the council including voluntary sector organisations and independent providers.
We will pass on your criticisms – and your compliments – to the people responsible for the service and will and ask for a response. We will follow up all comments left – and where necessary we will visit premises and ask for an explanation.
We’ll also seek their commitment to putting things right where they aren’t working well, as well as asking them to make sure that good practice is replicated in other parts of the Borough.
